Clear rules that encourage productive discussions, maintenance of professionalism, and prevention of abuse.
1. Respectful Communication
- Treat all members with courtesy and professionalism.
- No personal attacks, harassment, or discrimination.
2. Relevant & Constructive Contributions
- Stay on topic; avoid spam or off-topic posts.
- Provide value, ask meaningful questions and offer helpful insights.
3. No Hate Speech or Discrimination
- Any content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, etc., is strictly prohibited.
4. No Self-Promotion or Spam
- No excessive self-promotion, affiliate links, or advertising without permission.
- Sharing relevant resources is allowed if it contributes to the discussion.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
- Do not share private or sensitive business information without consent.
- No doxxing (revealing personal details of others).
6. No Misinformation or Plagiarism
- Only share accurate, verifiable information.
- Give credit where it’s due, no plagiarized content.
7. No Illegal Activities
- Do not discuss or promote illegal or unethical business practices.
8. Moderator Authority & Disciplinary Actions
- Moderators have the right to edit or remove posts that violate rules.
- Repeated violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
9. English (UK) is the Primary Language
- To ensure clarity and inclusivity, all discussions should be in the forum’s main language.
10. Dispute Resolution
- If conflicts arise, members should report issues rather than engage in public arguments.
11. No Trolling or Disruptive Behavior
- Do not post inflammatory or intentionally provocative content.

15. Use Proper Citation & Attribution
- If sharing data, quotes, or third-party content, provide proper attribution.
- No sharing of copyrighted materials without permission.
16. Report Violations Instead of Engaging
- If you encounter a rule-breaking post, use the report function instead of engaging in conflict.
17. No Excessive Bumping or Duplicate Posts
- Avoid posting the same question or topic multiple times to gain attention.
- Follow forum etiquette when reviving old discussions.
18. Accountability & Transparency
- Clearly disclose any affiliations when discussing businesses, services, or reviews.
- No misleading claims or deceptive practices.
19. Follow Forum-Specific Guidelines
- Read and follow all rules accordingly.
20. Legal Compliance
- Ensure all posts comply with applicable laws, including privacy, intellectual property, and business regulations.
